This episode marks a milestone for a couple of different reasons. First, it’s my longer episode ever! And second, it’s episode #100!

From the very first episode, when I told people I was launching a podcast, I said, “I think it will take me about a hundred episodes to figure out what I’m doing.” And I’ve found that to be true. I’ve finally started to get a feel for what I want this podcast to be, how to hone my interviewing style, and what listeners are really looking for. I’m only getting started!

This is by far my longest episode ever, and for good reason: I was engrossed in a compelling conversation with the one and only Cliff Ravenscraft. Cliff is the host of the Cliff Ravenscraft Show podcast, as well as the founder of the Free the Dream conference. A couple of years ago, Cliff transitioned his podcast coaching business to one where he now helps people change their mindset.

I have been listening to Cliff’s podcasts, and have been in his circle, for at least 7-8 years. He has had a deep impact on the way that I think and has helped me see the possibilities for success.

In this conversation, Cliff challenges me to expand my mindset. I had planned on asking Cliff about his upcoming Free the Dream conference as well as some topics related to mindset in general. However, the conversation went a different direction, and I’m glad it did!

This is by far the most revealing and uncomfortable interview I have released. I share details of my life that I’m frankly not comfortable putting out there. Cliff asks me some hard questions about my goals, dreams, and even my income. Yikes!

But that’s exactly what makes this such an important interview. You will often hear me talking about how I make myself the “guinea pig” in these interviews. This is definitely the case here. There are moments in this interview where you’ll hear several uncomfortable seconds of silence because I just don’t know how to respond.

So, while this is a long interview, I feel it’s completely worth your time. I hope it impacts you as much as it has me.
